We offer guided trail rides on horseback on a private land reserve in the outskirts of Nevada City, CA. The rides are well-shaded and have a beautiful view of the Yuba River.

We can take up to 4 guest riders at a time and the rides are always private. We start by 9am (8:30am if it is hot) and ride for one hour. The whole experience is 2 hours with a little groundwork before the ride and hosing the horses off after (if it is warm). Carrots and apples are provided to feed the horses after the ride.

We recommend wearing comfortable jeans or pants and closed-toed shoes. We have helmets or you can bring your own.

It is $100 per rider and we ask for payment at the time of the reservation. 

Horses can safely carry 20% of their body weight. We have a weight max of 200lbs for our riders. Age limit is 8 years old with some flexibility.
